End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Reef Dev, LLC ("Licensor") for the use of the Coralline application (the "Application"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial aquarium management purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

This license is valid for as long as you maintain an active account and comply with the terms of this EULA and the Terms of Service.

The Application and all associated content, features, design elements, and documentation are the intellectual property of Reef Dev, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by the Licensor.

You retain ownership of any data you create or upload through the Application, as described in the Terms of Service.

The Application relies on third-party services to function, including but not limited to:

The Licensor is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Licensor does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. The Application is a data tracking tool and does not provide veterinary, scientific, or professional aquarium care advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to:

The Licensor's total liability for any claims arising under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Licensor in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your license to use the Application terminates automatically if:

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
